The worst hotel the staff is rude save your money DONT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE

I never ate breakfast there but over all a clean fair price

I wasn’t give a receipt and my holding fee was not returned

The staff told us we had to clean our own room. This is the first time I have ever been told this. My daughter and her children were in another room, and she has small children. The children waist cereal on the floor and the front desk attendant came and told us that if it was not cleaned up, she would change our card extra for the clean it up.

I did not have to drive back to Baton Rouge until the next morning.

No breakfast available. Not expected.

It’s a value motel, we are well aware. That said, it was overall well worth the cost

The staff was kind & efficient. The room was simple, but clean, as was the microwave & fridge. I felt very safe.

I was scheduled for only 1 night. The front desk called me, at LEAST, 2 hours before checkout to ask if I was checking out, waking me up! Then, as I was dressing, the staff knocked on my door, an hour b4 checkout, to ask if I was checking out! 🤭😁 I think a call at 11:15 or so, AFTER the scheduled checkout if the client hasn't left, or called to ask for extra time, would do fine! The only other thing is no coffee pot in room, and none in lobby.
