Great location. Within 10 min walking distance from Gua Kelam entrance, a few local coffee shops nearby, including the one famous for its hand made big buns About 10 min walk to the bus stop where you can take the bus to Kangar and Padang Besar. The room is quite spacious and clean. Electric kettle and some 3 I'm 1 coffee are the plus. Hot water is strong.

It was a rainy day during my stay and some flying ants are getting in the room through the gap of the window.

It is not just near Gua Kelam but right next door. I wake up to the whooping calls of Siamangs each morning and see dusky leaf monkeys 40m away. Plus several eating places 6-7 minutes walk away.

Gua Kelam and the Perlis State Park has potential but not well thought through to encourage visitors. Eg have a Gallery exhibiting very little. And little information on the limestone formations in the cave .. only 1 information board. State Park hardly open. Maintenance?
