Had everything you needed - kitchen, area for the kids to run around.

Had no idea we had to check in at the sports club. Villa was dusty, like everywhere. No hot water, we had to shower with only the hot tap on and it was luke warm. Button to flush toilet was broken.

"Annoyed the AC wasn’t working"

Was clean - beds were comfortable. Close to the sports club for dinner.

Room 1 the aircon was not working made a terrible noise. The door was very difficult to lock and unlock. No aircon in bedroom

"Don’t book through booking.com the property doesn’t get the booking"

It was comfortable

They new nothing about my booking thankfully they had a cabin not booked (or our cabin hadn’t been double booked). Very unhappy that there was no sorry just oh we don’t always get the booking from booking.com you need to book direct.
