Units are functional, but worn. All necessary facilities are there. Carport adjacent which is good when it's raining. Sporting Club is a great place to unwind.

Aircon was noisy and fridge mech called out to temporarily fix.

Not all villas have river view, balcony, outdoor seating or bbqs. Lady at reception/ sporting club was not friendly or welcoming when checking in.

Location

Hot water service needs looking at no hot water pressure and air-conditioner was very noisy. Needs a service.

It was a great location.

The sofa bed was filthy. When we folded it out, it had a dirty sheet on it, which was full of dog hair and mud/dirt. The sofa smelt of wet dog. The heater did not work properly and kept cutting out. Some of the dishes were put away dirty, so we had to wash the dishes before we could use them. When we spoke to the cleaner, the response was, if we don't know it's been used, we don't check.

Really good value for money. Lovely sized villas, which had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Can't check in at the actual accommodation, which we hadn't been informed about so we showed up and had to call up to find out how to check in. Bathroom floor needs a good scrub.
