Die Hotelbetreiber waren sehr herzlich. Auch wurde ein Shuttle vom / zum Bahnhof angeboten als auch zum Affenpark

Die Bewertung betrifft nicht das Hotel selbst - der Ort an sich ist jedoch sehr "ausgestorben". Wir wollten natürlich zur Erholung dorthin, aber irgendwie hatte die Stadt ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich.

L'accueil était parfait, tout le personnel a été d'une extrême gentillesse, et le petit déjeuner japonais était délicieux. Le onsen privé est un vrai plus. Situé dans une petite rue charmante

The street which it is set is very picturesque and quiet. The surrounding countryside is idyllic, with the monkey park nearby. The building and room were beautiful, while the Onsen was exceptional and private. Akira & Yumi were very welcoming and made for an outstanding stay. We ended up rearranging to return at the end of our trip as we enjoyed it so much.

The location is a little out of the way, but it also adds to the peaceful setting.

"Amazing ryokan and lovely hosts"

I loved my stay at this ryokan!!! Everything was perfect, the room and the private onsen were so clean and beautiful. They treated me so so well at the stay, the owners are just lovely! I only stayed one night but wish I could have stayed more, thank you!!! 😊

Superbe auberge traditionnelle, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. Elle dispose de son propre onsen qu'on peut réserver gratuitement sur des créneaux de 30 minutes. Akira-san et sa mère s'occupe extrêmement bien de vous et parlent très bien anglais pour ceux qui ne maîtrisent pas bien le japonais. Le petit déjeuner est également traditionnel et servi à l'heure qui vous arrange. Si je dois repasser dans les environs de Nagano, j'y retournerai ne serait-ce que pour dire bonjour à la famille d'Akira-san
