Kukuh Penida Village by Bukit Vista

The staff were beautiful and couldn’t do enough to help

The only downfall is that it’s noisy of a night due to it being close to restaurants. This is also a positive given you’re close to everything

Big rooms with good functional air-conditioning, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Set in gardens with clean pool. Rooms cleaned daily. Near our dive centre.

I expected for the price to have breakfast included as is normal in Bali. This was a negative but they had a hot water jug and there was a convenience store nearby .

The room was dark and the room I first got has no night lamp and they said it was broken.

Things are old and too dark.

I love the location, the facilities, the staff, the dogs in the yard, everything's perfect.

The only problem I had was their WiFi connection: all three local networks had 1 bar in my room, disappearing from time to time, and without it I only had 2G (E) mobile network indicator. But if you go out of the room to the patio, you'll get your two bars of WiFi. So, if this issue had been fixed, that would make my next stays even more fabulous.

The bungalow was amazing (as shown in pictures)! Spacious, clean, shampoo and soap provided as well as towels. The little patio was nice for drying clothes (even with pooring rain). Especially the owners of the Kukuh Penida Village were really kind, always welcomed you with a smile on their faces and were happy to help (even if there was a little language barrier). An addition for all dog lovers was Panda, who was always happy to see you.

Lovely staff, local feel and very cute resort. Near great dive centres.

A little garden maintenance would really make this resort pop.
