Bardzo miła obsługa obiektu. Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja. Komunikacja publiczna obsługiwana przez MPK Białystok z przystankiem w odległości 250 metrów od obiektu.

Bardzo mała łazienka przy pokoju. Elewacja obiektu oraz otaczający ogród wymagają już odnowienia i uporządkowania.
