The view was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor seating area was so nice. Neighbors were so nice and friendly and the lovely lady that checked us in was so nice and accommodating, if we saw her around she’d ask us about our day and if we needed anything. We felt very well taken care of. The room was super clean and beds were super comfortable. Ac works super well was so nice to come back to a cool room after a hot day at the beach. The mini kitchen is perfect for what we needed so nice to have an oven too. I will absolutely make this my yearly stay!!

"Walk to the sunrise over the Atlantic, food, and shopping."

This place offered everything I wanted. I am beyond pleased and renewed from my visit. Location: over the dunes to the beach! Parking included on site. With a mini kitchen in the room, I was totally psyched to have my breakfast waiting for me after a sunrise walk on the beach! Some folks cooked on either grill in the covered picnic area. All guests were very respectful of one another when I was there. For example, I could hear the next room sing happy birthday before they were quiet at 10pm.

It could have had a more waterproof shower curtain. If you want brand new everything, pools, coffee chains, crowds, and hotel restaurants, this is definitely not your joint. I went for the beach, low profile, and small business. All exceeded expectations.

The room smelt very clean.

No breakfast. No ice on property. Room was dark and dated. Could not see the ocean at all,because the only window was facing north. We had a "garden veiw" which was dead banana trees.
