La location. La chambre très agréable, rénovée avec beaucoup de soins. L' accès direct à la plage.

Le lit est moyennement confortable, avec une alèse au bruit plastique.

"Excellent"

The lady at the front desk was above and beyond accommodating, the location is beautiful, and the price is unmatched.

My only complaint if I had one would be the bed. In our room, our bed was super hard and im a firm bed person. I joked with my husband that I felt like I was laying on a wooden table with sheets but it wasnt far off.

"Une nuit au bord de l’Océan en famille"

Nous avons adoré le style ancien motel bord de plage. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais nous avions reçu les consignes pour récupérer facilement notre clé. L’emplacement est top et nous pouvons maintenant prétendre avoir séjourné au même endroit que Kelly Slater 😄

L’équipement cuisine était très sommaire mais ça nous a suffi pour 1 nuit.

"Not good!"

Nothing! Very old. Just not pleasant. No pool. On ocean but cocoa beach is so crummy. Beach is so crowded because public access is right next door.

Same as above. Plus was suggested to go to coconuts for food ate fish and got food poisoning! The water was horrible.

Vétuste (four et gaziniere rouillés, table intérieure gondolée) Lits jumeaux de 140cm de large (pas idéal pour un couple)

"Exceptional"

The location is truly priceless. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises right from your room while falling asleep to the sound of the waves. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, making everything very convenient and enjoyable.

The rooms are a bit small, but the incredible location more than makes up for it. The views, beach access, and nearby restaurants make the stay well worth it.
