From the moment we opened the door to the pod we felt relaxed. The little touches in the pod such as milk, marshmallows tea bags etc were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Power shower Bed

Absolutely outrageous phone call and message from the host over a missed email and £25 surplus for my dog. I had from the start informed I was travelling with my dog. I emailed in advance to advise the same. I didn't give it a second thought. As I was travelling for business as I outlined in my booking. I arrived at the site around 6 pm. In the photos when I booked I could see they had a microwave in the kitchenette. So as I was driving all day I stopped off to get food that just needed to be requested, as I didn't purchase any of the add ons from the host for food. When I arrived there was no microwave, however, I clearly saw the place it was and the pig with the label on it. Not a massive deal, went back out and bought a take away. I got back to the unit and for work I'm a content creator. I went live at 7pm. At 7.45pm I had a call from the host. Couldn't answer it. 7.46pm another call. Couldn't answer it. 7.47pm another call. Eventually I had to answer as it was clear this person would just continue. Meanwhile I'm on a live Tik ToK . The host said, I see you brought your dog in a time that came across as tho I was trying to sneak my dog in. Told me I had ignored the emails about the extra amount charge. I was extremely taken back by this aggressive phone call. Explained it had no problem with the charge. This absolutely changed the whole stay for me. The fact that you continued to call me until I answered that call is absolutely mind blowing. I travel the island with work, have stayed in a plethora of premises and never have I ever been made to feel so unwelcome. To add insult to injury, you also left me two voice mails which I only picked up 24 hours later. Probably the same way I didn't see the emails, I'm a busy person. However, you said in your first voicemail, I see you brought a large dog with you ( my dog's weight is classified as a medium dog btw) , if you don't pay the surcharge £25 you will have to leave.

The pod was immaculate, the space was well thought out. And even on the wettest and windiest night it was warm and cosy! All you need for a family night away.

I liked how clean and modern the glamping pod was. The layout and decor was very well thought and designed. The open space for our dog to run freely (no roads nearby). How quiet and secluded it was.

I didn't like that they charged extra for the hot tub usage as most other places it's included in the price. The price to add on a dog to stay for one night was the price you pay for a dog to stay for a week in Portrush. There was no TV for the evening so we all watched a movie on one of the children's small tablet screens.
