Way WAY to many Mosquitoes i advice you bring extra repellent. No door,Had to exit through the garage..NO KEY!Can’t lock your room simply roll down your garage door.anyone can just open your garage door automatically by using the side panel. Sketchy area,looks better during the day..took a walk to the nearby Oxxo 2 guys were outside my room just sitting on the curb when i returned. There’s a drop off box that can spin in and outward..Very sketch.. 2 sheet covers,There was graffiti in my box spring. Met the infomous receptionist with the attitude problem..That was more of a tourist attraction. In the end you get what you pay for $27 US dollars for a cancellation flight..If your from LA it’s like staying in Pico Rivera.

Motel vs hotel in Mexico. Xcaret is a "love" motel, which has maximum security, hidden garages and food and beverage services directly to the room. Enjoyed the stay with my wife at a very reasonable price.

The neighborhood is not so good, advised not to walk at night.

Great and clean.

Just missing blankets and had a bit of trouble with turning on the ac. Also, did not like that every time we had to step out, we had to contact personnel to open the gate. At one time that we tried calling, there was no answer.

Good amount of space, bed & bathroom were good size & nice enough for the price. Definitely good value. Some nice touches like slippers

Main downsides are 1) while you can lock your room from the inside, you can't really lock it when you leave so you're relying on the staff to keep an eye on things. I was only there briefly, but for a longer stay if I were leaving for hours at a time I'd want to make sure there's some lock system
