CAUSThe room was clean.
Bathroom door did not close. Too much of traffic noise at night. Bad internet. No internet in the room have to come out of the room for internet connection.

Room smelled like cigarettes, staff asked to open windows to air it out when reported, and it was 36f outside. Sheets had holes in them. Power outlets were dated and none of them could hold a phone charger.
