USThere was no breakfast, the interior of the room was shabby, especially the bathroom. Everything was very clean except the one chair which had several stains on the seat. The bed and bedding were great.
The chair should be removed or cleaned. I owned a similar property in Vermont so I am maybe more conscious than most.
