Executive Inn and Suites Springdale

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. When I walked into the lobby to check in, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, and loud music was playing from a bar connected to the hotel, with its entrance through the lobby. Although my room was non-smoking, it still had a faint cigarette smell. Additionally, the ceiling in the room had a noticeable spot of water damage that looked like it might collapse. At $169 per night, likely due to a Razorback game that weekend, the price was far too high for the experience I had. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The restaurant.

The room was absolutely filthy!!! There was hair all over the floor of the bathroom NOT mine. The floors were so filthy that I had to use a wet wipe to wash my feet before getting in the bed. The sheets were dingy yellow the comfort was probably from the 80’s. They advised that the rooms had been updated. Absolutely no way it had been updated since the 80’s. Only 3 standard size pillows for a king bed, that were super flat might have been more comfortable just sleeping flat on the bed. Do not stay here!!!

It was dated and badly in need of renovation. Sheets were stained and sheets and blanket had holes in them. Coffee pot was not clean enough to use. Had to request some towels after maid didn’t leave clean ones.

They didn’t actually offer the free breakfast we were supposed to get. Apparently that’s only for Tyson drivers.

It’s a scam. This is a dingy, dumpy, noisy motel. And its twice as expensive as it has any reason to be. I think all the positive reviews are fake.

Didn’t stay. Lobby was smoky. No grab bars in bathroom. Was supposed to get a partial refund
