Noise from Coningsby till late Monday night, access to attractions without paying £80 extra! Potholes in road around park. Noisy neighbours.

Carvan was lovely presented and clean, special touch of kids toys, were very well received by our toddler. The shower had great pressure and hot. The hot tub was clean, tidy and easily accessible and the overall stay was great

On our arrival there were ants on the kitchen side on like the breakfast bench part and these little visitors came every morning on our stay.

Owners kept in touch and responded very quickly to messages. Caravan lovely, great location & everything was perfect.

The caravan is in a lovely quiet area, little view of the lake Have already tried to rebook and fully booked which says it all😁

If you don't have the passes you can't use the facilities. Nothing to do with the owner it's the site

Holiday park is amazing, very relaxed just what we wanted

As soon as we opened the caravan door we were hit with the smell of wet dog!! Don't get me wrong I have 2 dogs at home and I make sure my home doesn't stink of dog - simple things like plug ins do the job. There were cob webs hanging off ceiling, shower cubicle was really dirty and whole caravan was tired and needed just little touches. The first night we were really looking forward to going in the hot tub, the jets only worked 1 side so I took a video and sent it to the hosts incase it was something they weren't aware of but got no reply. Next time we went to use it the temperate was freezing cold and error messages showing - again i sent video to hosts but again no reply! So our break away in hot tub caravan ended up with no hot tub and still no reply off hosts
