ロビー周辺のノスタルジックな雰囲気とスタッフの皆さんの感じがよかったです。また、小さめでしたが、朝の露天風呂もよかったです。

お部屋の洗面所の蛇口付近の目立つところに水垢が付いていて気になりました。

The onsen

The hours

The staff were kind and helpful, and the onsen was clean and very relaxing.

The walls are extremely thin. On our first night, we had to request a room change because we could hear the neighbors talking as if they were right next to us. Fortunately, the staff accommodated our request. Additionally, the futons are very thin and feel almost like sleeping directly on the floor. In the new room, there were extra futons, which allowed us to stack them and sleep more comfortably.

Un peu vétuste, l'hôtel a un charme des années 80

The staff service is amazing. We came back at night and it was pouring rain, when we parked our car and opened our doors., there was a staff member with umbrellas which she opened to cover us from the rain before opening her own umbrella. This level of service was outstanding and made me rank their level of service as the best we received while we were in Japan for the three weeks. The food for breakfast and dinner were amazing and the most memorable. The variety and change in menus were also a nice surprise to us. We enjoyed the food immensely and hats off to the chef that prepared the meals. The waiters that served us our food were also top notch. Their attention and service were commendable.

The onsens are very tired looking and needs an update. The times of the onsens were very inconvenient. Not being open for two time periods a day was a bit upsetting, then when they swapped the male and female onsen meant that we were never able to experience the outdoor onsen at night or day, depending on what gender you were. For instance if you are a male you will never experience the outdoor onsen in the day and only at night. They definitely need to review this and extend the onsens times.

Magnifique Hotel typé auberge traditionnel, dans son jus, mais avec un charme certain. La chambre était top, immense, avec une superbe vue sur les montages. Onsen au top. Le repas traditionnel le soir était incroyable, pareil pour le petit dejeuner le matin. Je recommande si vous souhaitez passer un peu de temps dans un japon plus traditionnel.

isolation des chambres un peu legere, mais pas génant pour notre séjour. Futon japonais, un peu dur si on n'est pas habitué.
