Incredible property clean and comfortable stay in large room - great working wifi and hot water

La amabilidad. Said nos fue a esperar donde nos dejó el chofer. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos todo el tiempo. La habitación super cómoda. Desayuno riquísimo. Al otro día las chicas que estaban allí nos trataron muy bien y fueron muy serviciales. Incluso dejamos nuestro equipaje y nos dejaron usar las instalaciones luego del check out. Excelente lugar. Bien cerca de una puerta. Era nuestra primera vez en Marrakech y llegamos de madrugada. Nos sentimos muy seguros.

The accommodation is fine and the room really nice.

The bathroom is grimy. What affected me the most was the situation in the next door: there is a trapped cat in an abandoned building that meows from hunger and thirst. It was very sad to hear and it affected me on an emotional level. While I understand is not the accommodation's fault. The mistreatment in Morocco has left me with not desire to return to the country.

The riad itself was lovely, perhaps with fewer frills than some places but it felt genuine and exactly what we were looking for. The area was perfect for us. It had a lively atmosphere while still feeling calm and it was always nice to return after spending time in the busy souks. There were plenty of shops nearby without it ever feeling overwhelming along with great affordable spots for coffee and food. Breakfast was really tasty and it was especially appreciated that a to-go option was available on mornings with early tours. The shuttle service on arrival made getting there completely stress free and after that it was easy to come and go independently without any issues. The terrace was a highlight, such a pleasant space that we even brought food back a couple of times to enjoy meals there. Said and Amina were always very kind and welcoming which made the stay even more enjoyable. The riad’s location was also ideal, being very close to the busy center while still feeling cozy and well connected to transport. Overall it was a great experience and we would happily recommend it.
