KZОтель- традиционный риад, аутентичный, красивый, расположен в историческом ослбняке. Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, но в тихом переулке. Во внутреннем дворе бассейн в окружении столиков, красивый фонтан, деревья. Бронировали три номера (люкс Al Akhdar, Al Bourtoukali, Al Assfar) так как путешествовали впятером. Номера ( всего в риаде их 5) все разные, расположены на втором этаже риада, и окнами выходят во внутреннее пространство двора, где установлены столики и располагается известный ресторан PepeNegro. Прияная музыка , ресторан работает до 23 чесов. В номерах аниткварная резная мебель и картины, предметы декора, высокие резные расписные потолки и двери,плитка зулежу. Все очень аутентично, ярко, красиво. Интересно рассматривать все это. Приятный, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшн, вызвали такси, помогли доставить чемоданы на тележке при заселении и выезде, так как такси ( в силу узости улицы) не подьезжает прямо к отелю, а останавливается на ближайшей площади в 5 минутых ходьбы от отеля. Разрешили перенести чекап на 2 часа без доплаты.Вкусный мароканский завтрак (свежеиспеченные горячие лепешки, йогурт с фруктовым салатом, сыры, яичница, омлет, кофе, чай, апельсиновый сок)-все вкусно. Чистота в санузлах. Хорошая сантехника. Прияные, хорошо впитывающие полотенца. Уборка в номерах в санузлах каждый день. В номере красивый камин и есть гардеробная . Достаточно удобные подушки и матрас. Приятное постельно белье.
Вечерами ( до 23 часов) -шумновато, так как окна и двери номеров выходят во внутреннее патио ,в котором расположен ресторан, запах курева. Если бы это было более поняно указано на сайте отеля, я бы скорее всего выбрала другой отель. Сами номера (если рассматривать отдельно от терассы) небольшие, темноватые. В номерах запах сырости и старых вещей, возможно от ковриков. И ароматическими диффузорами эту проблемму не решить . Пыль на мебели, настольных лампах и камине, не смотря на ежедневную уборку и то что номера все время заняты. Отсутствие электрического чайника в номерах (хотя это был номер люкс).Чтобы вечером заварить чай и посидеть на терассе -приходилось по нескольку раз вызывать официанов и просить принести кипяток. Что для нас было не удобо. Проще было бы поставить в номерах небольшой электрический чайник. Из совсем испортившего впечатление об отеле-при отеле живет кошка (или прибегает в отель), которая регулярно гадит на терассе и на ковриках перед номерами. В день выезда ее экскрименты больше двух часов лежали на коврике перед номером , а горничные все это время ходили по коридору и занимались уборкой в другом номере. Логичнее было бы убрать коврик (или хотя бы кошачьи какашки).
ATEin wirklich wunderschönes Riad in guter Lage für Erkundungen. 8 Min zu Fuß zum Jamaa el fna und es kann alles zu Fuß erkundet werden. Herrliches Frühstück mit frischem Orangensaft und traditionellen frischgemachten Msemen. Sehr schön traditionell eingerichtet und die ganze Mannschaft unheimlich bemüht und freundlich. Besonders Sharaf und Muhamad möchte ich da hervorheben deren liebenswerte Art mir meinen ersten Marrakesch Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert und verschönert hat. Das im Riad liegende Restaurant Pepe e Nero sehr gut und die Tische ums Pool im Innenhof einfach herrlich. 2x hab ich dort wunderbar marokkanisch gegessen und an den andern Tagen noch einen Drink genommen vorm Schlafengehen. Das ist der Vorteil des Restaurants. Der Nachteil ist leider der „Gastgartenlärm“ bis 23:30 den ich leider nicht gewöhnt bin. Und alle Zimmerfenster gehen in solchen traditionellen Riads nach innen in die Innenhöfe. Für Nachteulen die eh erst um Mitternacht ins Bett gehen ist das egal, ich musste mich dazu erst umstellen und dann ging’s auch. Sollte man aber wissen. Ab 23:30 ist es dann wunderbar still. Im ganzen aber eine wunderbare Woche dort an die ich mich gerne erinnern werde.

GBOne of the most amazing stays we’ve ever had. The team at this riad went above and beyond - incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and always attentive. We loved every conversation with them and learned so much about Marrakech through their stories and tips. A huge thank you to Mohamed, Sherif, and Simo for making our stay so unforgettable. Their hospitality truly made this place feel like home. We will 100% recommend this riad to our friends and would love to return again. Highly recommended!
Can’t think of any, except there is no shade in the bathroom window perhaps, and maybe a more obvious hotel signage at the entrance will be much appreciated.
USIt’s a beautiful hotel and the rooms are beautiful and clean too. The staff is very nice and pleasant. The spread was plentiful and amazing the one day I had it. The hammam that is included was very nice and I was able to take advantage of it. If you want a masseuse, the hotel can arrange for it separately. As mentioned in other posts, the main focus is the restaurant Pepe Nero so there is music and the noise from the restaurant that can be heard to around midnight- I already read abt this and was prepared for it so I was ok with it. I stayed in the Al Assfar single room. Walking there is easy once you do yourself once from the main square. Google maps is great to use for this; no need to accept help that may be offered on the street if uncomfortable.
Since the main focus is the restaurant, it is imperative that you double and triple confirm with the manager if you have an early checkout. I had one that I had told 2 different ppl including the morning manager and when I checked in; I had also messaged via the booking.com message platform but because I didn’t confirm the night before it was missed and I was waiting with no way to get out (front door is locked) for my morning flight. I was waiting for 1 1/2 hrs in the early morning; someone only showed up 1/2 hr after I was already supposed to be at the airport but they were very apologetic and rushed to arrange the taxi for me. Thankfully I was still able to make my flight eventhough I arrived 2 hrs before departure instead of 3 hrs. But it was stress that was not needed. So for early morning checkout and airport transfer, make sure to re-confirm the night before with the main manager Mr Hassan.
GBFriendly staff. Professional and well coordinated transfer from the airport. Beautiful property, spacious rooms, very clean. Quiet and tranquil Riad. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend booking a table for an evening meal as the food is incredible (the Riad has restaurant Pepenero on the ground floor).
