La gentillesse du personnel très serviable discret et reactif, le très bon emplacement, le confort des lits

Le manque de rangement dans une chambre qui comporte quatre couchages (nous étions trois).... Une petite armoire est très limite. Quelques étagères seraient à prévoir Dans la salle de bain pas de bar pour suspendre ses serviettes de toilette. Le petit-déjeuner bon mais un peu redondant , manque de diversité. Il me semble que pour un riad 4 étoiles, mettre des petites bouteilles d'eau tous les jours devrait être une norme surtout que lors de notre séjour il faisait 38 degrés....🥵

Excellent location, staff incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious. One of the highlights is the beautiful rooftop terrace, a relaxing and peaceful place. Highly recommended!

The location of this Riad is the main attraction for this property. Walkable to the souq, the Koutoubia Mosque, the tourist attractios in Marrakech, and restaurants/cafe. Breakfast was included for us, and it was kind of the same everyday.

The staff was good and welcoming in the first day only. The rest of the day's it changed eventually, and at times we felt it to be rude. And the support staff in the hotel didn't know English - which made the communication really tough.

The room was beautifully decorated in a traditional Morrocan theme. Spotless. Cleaned everyday. Abdul was always on hand to help out with everything from special breakfast requests, local advice, always with a friendly smile. Its was our home from home and we were made to feel extremely comfortable and looked after. The massage was reasonably priced and very good. The roof terrace was a tranquil space to have breakfast and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the outside streets. A dippy pool for when you needed to cool down from sunbathing on the terrace. Perfectly located just a 2 minute walk from the main square, souks and restaurants. Trips can be arranged from the Riad too. We loved our stay here.

A kettle in the room would of made it perfect. There is a communal one in the courtyard with teas supplied, so not a big problem.
