The chalet was clean and well presented. The site facilities are good with helpful staff. The location is excellent for travel into Devon or Cornwall.

The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress.

Breakfast in the club house was great value

The area was beautiful, accessing other areas of natural beauty. The complex looked dated but had everything you would normally want for a getaway to hand. The holiday home was good and had all the mod cons, less WIFI. But we were aware of this.

Not much really on the negative.

The location was good because it was in- between the places we were visiting. However it was a bit hard to find the place.

No Internet.

The whole experience was perfect, the chalet, the scenery, the atmosphere, the facilities, the surrounding walks, everything was so enjoyable and we cannot wait to go back again. Our chalet was amazing and the kids absolutely loved it and so did we. We were sad to leave this morning but we will definitely be coming back again.

Nothing, we loved the whole experience and will hopefully book a longer stay next time.

Location was good and house was good with all requirements.

Bed was very uncomfortable, without wi-fi and phone signal it was very difficult to manage.

Well equipped and clean. Kids enjoyed the playground and we enjoyed the coastal walk down to Bucks Mills, quite steep as you near the beach but well worth the effort. Very secluded, stoney beach with waterfall and managed to see dolphins too.

Slight smell of smoke and no WiFi (but we knew about wifi on booking).

The location was great. The kitchen was fresh and clean.

It was ran down , smelt terrible. The sofa was worn , the carpets were dirty. The beds weren’t comfortable. It needs to be deep cleaned and new furniture. Has potential to be a nice weekend stay. The fire alarm wasn’t even attached to the ceiling.
