Little North Field Family Safari Tent Glamping near Harrogate

Absolutely great, so clean and cosy. Great experience for the kiddos, met the owner who came out to greet us and show us around, he was so friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thoughtful wee treats in the tent, marshmallows a pumpkin to carve and such beautiful bedding and crockery. The owner has really beautiful taste x

Very nice setup. Everything you need is there. Communication from the host was spot on and met us when we arrived (we where later than we told them). Couldn't ask for more. Definitely going back

Wish we could of stayed longer

The overall experience was excellent. The owners were lovely and really accommodating for us. Will definitely return!

The only thing I would suggest is more lighting outside for the darker nights.

North field was unique, quirky, comfortable and welcoming. Wonderful shower, spotless bathroom, nice clean equipped kitchen. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda. Summer house was idyllic. Very short stroll from car to property. Fox den property is to the right as you look at picture which is good when you have a dog. Hot chocolate (delicious)and s’mores kit a nice touch. Would definitely feel comfortable and safe staying there on my own. Teenage son really appreciated the ambiance of the tent. Easy part of the country to navigate around would highly recommend.

The safari tents are very comfortable and very well equipped. It was a little chilly the weekend we were there but it was easy to keep the fire going with wood bought onsite. The kitchen had everything needed and a private bathroom that was heated with plenty of hot water was a bonus. The grounds are lovely if a little smaller than I expected but even here there are lovely touches such as a fire pit to sit around and a sun room overlooking a very pretty pond which was a fab suntrap or doubled up as a board game or reading room. There is a pub a short walk away where the staff are friendly and the food is very good. We enjoyed a very relaxed weekend which is just what we were hoping for.

The road is quite busy early evening and mornings. Walking to the pub in the dark definitely needs a torch so drivers can see you as there is no footpath.

Very cosy property with everything you need to have a great time. BBQ, fire pit, etc. provided on-site.

Only downside we found is the main road can be very loud through the night (we stayed mid-week). Also very poor signal, which wasn’t a problem for me but one of our party wanted to watch the euros 🤣

I’m not sure the pictures do it justice- the tents are perfect - so well kept , cozy and all of the details have been thought through . The beds are really comfortable with lovely big duvets - well equipped kitchen , bathroom and wood burner gets the place lovely and toasty . Catherine gave us a lovely welcome - we had the best stay

The Safari tents were clean and had everything that you would get in a caravan or a hotel room. The beds were homely and comfortable and the kitchenette had all appliances you would need such as fridge/freezer, microwave, hob.
