Very refreshing for me and my fiancé

Very well placed for many, many adventures nearby.

The staff (and owners) are super chill and helpful.

The location on the Intracoastal Waterway is delightful. We took advantage of the sitting areas to relax and enjoy the view.

Not sure where to start. This is our second time staying here and we plan on coming back soon but with our kiddos. The owners are so sweet. And the location is amazing, and right on the water. So we loved being able to sit outside next to the firepit and watch the boats go up and down the river. Oh and the rooms are always so clean and smelling fresh. I honestly cant complain about a thing.

The room was so small. No closet. Damp due to window a/c.

I unfortunately but maybe fortunately didn’t get to stay here. It looks like a nice place and a great location.

I tried to check in for my reservation and to my surprise NONE of my credit cards worked. First, I was told that they don’t accept Apple credit cards. It needs to be a card with the actual number on it. Understandably, I tried THREE other cards that wouldn’t go through on their end. I didn’t receive a notification that my card was declined on my end. I called the credit card company while standing in the office. They told me several times that my account is in good standing and it’s the merchant, not my card. I was told that it was maybe because it was booked through a third party(Booking.com). Well why would you be advertised and able to book if they have a problem with the system when it’s time to check in? After over an hour of trying, I decided to go somewhere else and SURPRISE, SURPRISE my card worked right away. I’m a black woman and truly believe this was racism. I even offered to just pay with my debit card and he just ignored that suggestion. There were barely any black people anywhere on the island and I would NEVER go back to this motel or Emerald Isle for that matter. I felt very uncomfortable and everyone was rude!

Beautiful area. Best view for your morning coffee , nice fire pits and seating. boat access next door and boat slips available for rent with your room , also provide kayak rentals

There is absolutely nothing to complain about Dave is the man! So kind helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely accommodating!
