Cascades Motel - Chattanooga

Not much. It was across the street from an exelant grocery store.

Every thing. I don’t know the year it was built I’m guessing the late 40’s early 50’s. Carpet was threadbare. Asked for extra towels for my partner and I and was told I could only swap one and that was after I insisted. We had several instances where someone tried the door handle on our room. Security was null and void. I could go on about how bad this stay was.

Room reeked of cigarette, I couldn’t stay there due to the severe headache.

The property is in a decent location on a main road. My GPS took me around the back entrance, which was a bit tight. But the main entrance has easy access. There's a good Indian restaurant down the street. Nice. The check-in experience was fine.

The main problem is the property is way past due for an overhaul. It needs a renovation badly. The electrical is rigged with wires showing, light switches in weird places, etc. The building is just very, very old and badly built on the inside. The bed was like cardboard (not comfortable). The pillows were good, which helped make up for the uncomfortable mattress. I wish I could give this place a better review. They do have the lowest prices I could find in town while I was there. I was not sorry I booked there because of the Indian restaurant I found down the street. It was good. :)

Its clise to a grocery store. Literally nothing else was good.

The room was dark dirty dindgy and had roaches. They tried to charge me extra for my son and service dog. The office staff were all extremely rude and tried to upcharge me upon arrival. They almost didnt let me have the room I booked. Absolutely no wifi. My sink was broken my toilet seat was broken, which i fixed myself. There's no maintenance apparently. Also there was a weird hole above my shower that made me really creeper out and I had to provide my own toilet paper.
