Cozy Wild West Covered Wagon next to River

No breakfast was included. I liked the location of the property, we were by the river, it was nice listening to the wildlife. We like the farm animals that they had. There was horsehoe pits and a swimming hole and lots of trails to go walk.

We love waking up to the parakeets and peacock. :) It's a peaceful, comfortable setting and we will be back again.

The location is perfect for visiting wineries in Applegate valley. The outside area of the wagon is thoughtfully set up,, lots of privacy. The nature trail and farm animals on the property are a bonus!

Love the idea of the covered wagon. We weren't able to use the outdoor area at all but, if we had it would have made the stay wonderful. Weather can't be controled and we had a very rainy night! I want to return and book both wagons for a fun filled few days of glamping! They have a swimming hole so you don't have to put anyone in danger on the river and it's fast current.

Just felt a little disappointed when we drove in. I do realize it's been very cold and rainy so the grounds were not attractive. Driving down to the wagons between the 2 buildings felt very cluttered & messy. That was our first impression. Then when we walked down to the river it felt overgrown with brush like a burn pile. Made me wonder about fire season & safety.

Everything!! It was so quaint, unique, clean, cozy, and fun. There were so many little details that made the place extra special. Wish we had booked more time here. The owner was wonderful. He went over and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. These people really care about their property and their guests! We would definitely come back and stay longer.

Great location. In a beautiful valley next to the river. No internet and it was great. Connect to nature here. They thought of everything.

It was all good.

Prior to our arrival, the owners had sent extensive detailed directions and also had signs out making it simple to get to our destination. The property is spacious and serene. We enjoyed a walk down to the river and were pleasantly surprised to see four deer across from us.

We loved that you had thought of all the little necessities that make a wonderful visit! Even the birds, flowers, fall decor and bathroom details...wonderful! We will definitely come again. :)

Hosts thought of everything, leaving fresh drinking water, coffee, etc.--even wine to celebrate our anniversary! Hosts equipped BBQ area, and provided a reference notebook for the area, which we used extensively. They stayed out of sight, with exception of bringing a small basket of fruit from their orchard on Day #2. Bed was very comfortable, and the property was well-equipped for use of swimming hole and picnic. Extremely relaxing!

Supply washcloths along with towels? We knew not to expect beach towels for swimming area, but would have liked having them available. Oh--and possibly include in reference book, hiking trails/nature outings. Otherwise perfect!
