Absolutely not recommended – stressful stay, zero responsibility from the property Our 5-day stay turned into a nightmare. There were three wildfires in the area during our stay. Huge firefighting planes were constantly flying just above the cottages, scooping water from the nearby lake, causing unbearable noise and constant stress. We were evacuated in 35°C heat for over 4 hours. On another day, we couldn’t leave the cottage because a fire broke out just after we returned. According to the property, this is “normal for the region” – yet there is no mention of it anywhere on the property’s page. During the fires, there were multiple power and water outages – electricity was gone for several hours a day, for 3 days straight. The property offered no compensation, no help, no apology. After the stay, they even told us we "could have just changed accommodation" – which is absurd, as we were traveling with an elderly mother and an anxious dog that needs medication, and all nearby places were fully booked in high season. No information, no support, no accountability. If we had known this kind of situation was considered “normal,” we would have never booked this place. Instead of a relaxing holiday – complete chaos and stress. Avoid at all costs

Ciche, spokojne miejsce dla ludzi potrzebujących resetu. Na miejscu zapewnione wszystkie udogodnienia, personel bardzo uprzejmy. Restauracja serwuje świetne, zbilansowane posiłki i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje personel restauracji. Zawsze uśmiechnięci, gotowi do pomocy ludzie. Jedynie brak normalnego pieczywa na śniadaniu może doskwierać. Poza tym wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Serdecznie polecam, my ma pewno wrócimy.
