I booked a room for myself and my daughter and contacted the hotel twice in advance to inform them that we would be arriving late. I was reassured both times that this would be fine and that my reservation was secured. After driving around 900 km from Poland to Germany, I arrived at approximately 1:00 am. I was extremely tired and exhausted, and my daughter was also very fatigued. We were travelling with our pets and had planned this stop specifically to rest before continuing another 900 km journey to Dunkirk, France, where we had a ferry to Dover, UK. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the entire complex was closed and there was no visible reception. I walked around the property trying to find someone, knocked on doors, and attempted to locate any staff, but there was no one available. I called multiple times and sent messages through the booking chat, but received no response at all. After such a long and exhausting journey, being left without access to the room was extremely distressing. We were left outside in the cold in the middle of the night with no support or assistance. I am very disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling long distances who rely on confirmed late check-in arrangements.

A fost o locatie foarte frumoasa si linistita, cabana a fost curata si cu tot ce ai nevoi , personalul foarte amabil si mai ales locul de joaca interior pentru copii a fost extraordinar si distractie la maxim pentru cei mici . Personalu de la receptie o persoana extraordinara cu suflet mare, in ziua plecarii am avut o problema cu masina si ne-a ajutat enorm sa pornim masina. Va multumin din suflet. Cu siguranta voi reveni cu mare drag.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Beim genaueren hinschauen bemerkt man schnell, dass vor Ort viele Attraktionen nur schnell zusammen gezimmert wurden. Und mittlerweile alles nur noch auf Masse und nicht auf Qualität gesetzt wird.

Sehr ansprechendes Ambiente. Sehr sauber. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten (falls man Ruhe sucht...) Super nettes Personal 👍🏻. Das Restaurant ist gut besucht und zu empfehlen - alle Speisen auch zum Mitnehmen, wenn man nicht in dem Trubel essen möchte.

Die Türschlösser sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
