Bwlcheinion Sea View Glamping

I loved the country location of Sea View Glamping, in the hills overlooking the Dyfi estuary and among fields of sheep and their new lambs. We enjoyed the sounds of woodpecker, raven and cuckoo. On our first drive up the switchback track we knew we were coming to somewhere special. The pod was comfortable and warm thanks to controllable underfloor heating in the living area. We left this on low during the day when we were out. The pod has a kettle, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, bowls and a fridge, so we didn't have to bring these. We used a glass to fill the kettle from the sink in the bathroom section. In the washing-up shack we used the two-plate electric hob, saucepans, knives and spatula and chopping board, and the washing-up sink, of course! The road/track up to Bwlcheinion is about a mile long and is mainly in good condition. Our small car (Hyundai i10) had no problems reaching the site. There are a few houses along the first yards of the track just after leaving the main road and it was a bit rough just there. Everywhere else the track is fine. I'd like to have spent more time at or near the pod just taking in the sights and sounds and walking local trails.

Care was needed on turning out onto the main road when leaving the Bwlcheinion track - a mirror on the opposite side of the main road made this easier.

The views from the pod were amazing! Clare (the host) was really helpful. The facilitates were great, it had everything you would need.

We have had an exceptional stay at the Sea View Glamping. The venue and surroundings are extraordinary. We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful hosts. This visit exceeded our expectations.

All of it. Stunning location. Beautifull place. Will defo be booking again. Great hosts Claire was amazing. Such a special place. Would defo reccommend. Never glamped before, but this gave me the bug to do it more.
