"Excellent stay at this hotel, spacious, clean and quiet . very helpful and friendly staff"

No bf provided but can order food delivery. Location is away from the main town but quiet and peaceful. Very near to tea plantation. Host is very friendly and helpful.

I think the host over charge me for transport to Minh Binh. Otherwise, is a good homestay.

The staff were very nice. The area is quiet and peaceful.

Location is a little out of town. The amenities are ok they’re enough for a night or two, but I wouldn’t say much longer than that. It’s better for a single person rather a couple as there is a lack of space. It smelt a little damp and the ventilation isn’t great. Additionally, the mattress is absolutely rock solid, tbh it’s not actually a mattress.

- host very kind and helpul - bungalow with a lot of charm - towel, body wash, shampoo and tootbrush free of charge - located near the tea fields - very calm - motorbike rental - bathroom very clean with hot water

- humidity in the room in the morning but the ventilation helped to dry the room during the day
