PHPHThe room was quite spacious and is larger than what I expected. The location gives a sense of privacy and security. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful.
For the cost, it feels like there should be a television inside the room. There was a cable line, but no tv.
PHthe owner upgraded pour room to one with a shower heater. room is huge.
the road leading to the property is very rough, full of jagged rocks. (about 100 meter stretch in my estimate.) matress is still wrapped in plastic. there were a few hair strands on the bed sheets. seems not changed when our room was given when we checked in at 1030pm.

BGThe room was big and everything was clean. Very friendly host, quiet and green environment, perfect for relaxation. Nice local neighbourhood, not far from shops, restaurants and bus to Manila or possibly elsewhere.
