The family room was a terrible layout. No mosquito nets at all, it's totally open to the elements, we ended up leaving a day early from our booking because it was so bad, also the load call to prayer music was full on. If we had known it was so loud especially at 4:30am I would have booked.

The view and proximity to the main port area. The plunge pool and gardens were a delight, looking over the harbour and comings and goings of boats, etc. Happy to provide driver service for a fee. Wow what an amazing driver Reza is - negotiating the very tricky roads with ease and grace (150,000 rupiah each way is the general fee). Staff were attentive to needs. Room had everything you needed, lovely outdoor area, bed was comfy, good Aircon. We walked a little way to https://adiwanahotels.com/warnakali-resort-nusa-penida-bali/ for dinner and it was the best dinner we had all trip, so far.

Was fine for us, however getting to the property can be a challenge. Walking is fine, without luggage! And along a very tricky path. We opted to get a driver for our arrival and departure it was a 'fun' experience, but not for the faint of heart. If you're in the upstairs villa area you only have a fan and mosquito coils as it is open to the air, but it looks like a great space for a group, although it was noisy for us downstairs on the first night. Pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but was decent enough to cool down in. There is no restaurant on site although they provide meals.

Even though on maps it says you can, you can't really walk from the ferry. You need to get a taxi, and the taxi cannot take you right to the hotel, it is too steep. The walk down in to the hotel is slippery and dangerous, through a construction site. The rooms were average, we had to ask for new towels, toilet paper, there was only 2 thin pillows and when asked for another pillow, the manager said they didn't have anymore, bed sheets were ripped. You have to text the manager on whatts app to get your breakfast order, and I think they bring it from someones house. Were supposed to stay 3 nights, but bailed after 2, went to Arsa Santhi which was heaps better. Oh, and the pool is really just a plunge pool.

Toilet paper can’t be flushed in the toilet. Open air concept while great, does allow mosquitoes inside.

Location was good. Property was clean and well maintained.

The cook left and no dinner or breakfast was available. We had to look for nearby restaurants at the last moment for dinner.

Location is very far and not good roads too. Nobody is there for checkin and other requirements No AC and no security of your belongings.
