Todo muy bien. Ofrecen servicio de recogida del puerto. También ofrecen motos de alquiler. Las instalaciones impecables, también te dan gratuitamente tapones para los oídos por si te molestan los ruidos, cama muy cómoda. El desayuno incluido es muy generoso de cantidad. El personal super atento. También nos organizaron traslado a las islas Gili y nos acompañaron hasta el puerto, cosa que se agradeció mucho. MUY BUENA SENSACIÓN CON TODO, SIN DUDA REPETIRÍA

El agua caliente caliente de la ducha se acababa y pasaba a estar templada

The hotel has clean pull , rooms are big, clean and comfy, breakfast is fine

A bit far from everything but it wasn’t a problem for us because we drive scooter.it might be a problem for those who don’t drive a scooter, because there are no taxis

Soap dispenser at shower was vacuum sealed and not dispensing properly. Breakfast options was good but limited.

Stanno facendo i lavori quindi c’è un cantiere accanto. Servizi pochi non ti aiutano con i driver, i tour, la prenotazione Snorkling

Pool is nice and warm, breakfast totally fine, location with scooter very good.

When we arrived, the owner informed us about a 3% surcharge if we want to pay by card - while this is normal in Restaurants in Indonesia, we’ve never before seen that in a hotel here; as hotels generally - and this one in particular - are not on the cheap side of things, the 3% are not negligible. It was also the first hotel (out of 7 in Indonesia) where there was no free drinking water in the room; towels weren‘t always changed when on the floor and when we asked the hotel staff to make a reservation for us at the almost neighbouring Amarta Penida Restaurant, she told us that her boss said that they don‘t take reservations - when we arrived there for dinner, the first thing they asked was whether we had a reservation… All in all, it doesn‘t deserve the reviews it has, but also was fair enough. Solid 7.0.

Only location is good .. Room is clean but small for the price paid..kettle was dirty and host denied to change it..
