The hospitality of the staff. The cleanliness of the place. The in-house food availability. The location from tourist spots.

The drainage in the bathroom is vertical, so there's always a stench of a drain line in the washroom. Switching on the exhaust makes it worse because it draws more air from the drain. Location is right on the street and at night it would be difficult for light sleepers with the constant noise of trucks passing by.

Staff was very helpful,location is also great with easy availability of vehicle to travel.food was also nice.room was very clean.

Booking.com is showing that payment will be made in the hotel by cash, but the hotel cancelled our reservation for not doing prepayment, there is absolutely no cordination between Booking.com and Joyous Rooms, we have to find another hotel at 6 pm in Cherrapunji, luckily we got one.

This property is excellent to stay in and their cleaning is as like as five star hotel.

Quality of food need some improvement
