The Mel Huts

Staff was very nice, rooms were comfortable and good, you could rent scooters at the Hotel that made everything easier

The staff was friendly

The bathroom was in a terrible condition The water of the swimming pool became greenish

The Mel huts were amazing. Kadek the owner is so hospitable and friendly, he really helped us out with transport and recommendations. Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about staying here!

Breakfast was worst.. Both my kids got sick after eating noodles served in Breakfast. Very unhygienic... Country dogs roam around the property and inside the kitchen even while they prepare Breakfast. While giving this review my kids are being treated at a clinic in Kuta...

Found couple of lizards in the room, and some creature like frog inside the waste bin which was making noise the whole night.. Giving 1 start rating for swimming pool. Except for this nothing was good.

The pool is nice and the people around are really friendly.

Well the property is really far away and they didn’t respond on my question for transportation. I ended up getting as scooter at Doel Hadi Rentel scooter( amazing rentel). I booked with breakfast but I just got it once and i stayed for 4 days. The one time I got it, I could drink my coffee because it was so sweet and the coffee pouder was in there. The staff is not really around I had to search for someone got check in. The day before I wanted to leave I asked the staff if there is anything that is left to do. She couldn’t speak English at all, so I translated it. She said no. On the morning of my leave. She then came up to me and wanted me to pay. We had a big struggle and she just laughed the whole time. I was annoyed at that point because i needed to go to get my Ferry back. And then the struggle with the language. One horror experience.
