Johnny's Motel

The peaceful location and comfortable room.

The proximity to a restaurant when travelling is a plus.

The floors were filthy. The pillows and cases looked like they came from a dorm room.

This is the third time that we have stayed at Johnny’s. We like the kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a setting area at the back, grass to play bocce and access to the river so we can do a river float.

I booked the 3 rooms just like I have done in the past. I also phoned the month before we were to go to make sure everything was good with my booking. When I arrived, we did not have the rooms that I booked but the receptionist was able to change two of the rooms the first night and then we got the last room changed the second night.

Location and parking

The rooms were very clean, the coffee was delicious and there were more than enough towels. Having the river right behind us was amazing..and having a patio!

The pool wasn't working, but is going to be repaired.

Each unit backed on to the river. All units were on the level and each had a carport.
