"Very Good"

We were travelling with pets and there is a pet fee that was not announced ahead of time. The room was pretty typical for a pet friendly room and we were comfortable. The woman at the desk was wonderful - super friendly and helpful.

Didn't appreciate the surprise pet fee but the hotel said they told booking.com and it wasn't passed on.
