"Disgusting service by the night clerk."

The facilities and location.

The service (attitude) from the person at the phone. She talks to customers as she knows them and has a problem with them. I kindly asked to change her attitude and she responded that she wouldn't because that's the way she talks and beat it! Very nice. I'll never go back and let alone the kind of recommendation I'll give about the place among my friends and co-workers.
