部屋が清潔で広く快適、冷蔵庫も冷凍ができて快適に過ごせた。温泉、卓球、カラオケも清潔でとても楽しく過ごせた。子供達はバイキングが美味しく大満足だったようです。基本的にとても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

夕食の時間変更を前日に連絡し、確かに口頭で受付してもらったが当日は連絡が来ていないとのことだった。ホテルと電話受付は別だからとの事だったが、出来ないなら電話時にそのように伝えて欲しい。あたかもできるという回答があったことで準備ができず困った。

静かでゆっくりくつろげた 食事も私達にはちょうどいいサイズと量だった お風呂も清潔で、温度もちょうどいい お部屋のトイレは割と広い

部屋の壁紙が剥がれかかっていたり、障子もところどころ破れていた 夕方で到着する方々が多い時、受け付けスタッフの数が少ないと感じた

夕朝食事、夕食の飲み放題は良かった。やや古さはあるが清潔。

夕食時間が近づくとドンドン片付けられ終了時間には追い出さられる。朝食は７時から１時間の一回だけで時間を気にしながら食べなければならない。ユックリ食事を楽しむ事は出来ない。コンセントが少ない。USBコンセントが有ると助かるが無い。
