Bungalows Miami Beach

Location couldn't be better. Spacious and cozy. Great garden.

Many things need fixed. None of the curtains open, so we can't benefit from the big windows and view while inside. One bedroom window/shutter won't open, other windows are problematic to open/close, many closet doors scrap the floor and are very hard to open and close. Impossible to air the villa at night when it's cool, as we could only open one side (a door and bedroom window) without risk of burgers entering. Swimming pool water is so cold that it's not usable. Couches in living space not very comfortable as cushions are thin and slide off. Wifi only accessible in 10% of the villa (basically the toilets). Clothes dryer didn't seem to work very well, but there's a rack to hang clothes on. With a remodel, this villa would be amazing, but right now, it's low end affordable, so one must be indulgent.

A really great location overlooking a gorgeous sea view. Nice gardens front and back. V quiet. Apartment was really homely and had everything necessary for a really nice stay. Would visit again!

Perfect location. Sadly satisfaction stopped there. In great need of update - oven didn't work and was not fixed meaning we had to eat out more than planned. Apartment not clean although staff tried their best. Mario was helpful but couldn't repair the oven.

Needs a lot of work - in fact complete makeover is essential. Cockroaches in all rooms. Peeling paint, collapsed ceiling. Extremely disappointed with the state and cleanliness.

We found sometimes the door and gate locks a bit difficult but this was most likely due to the location

Inside decor was dark and dismal. Very dated inside. Maintainance is needed both inside and outside. Bathroom sink had no plug so no way could the water be held. Asked reception for a plug and one was arranged for us a little later. QR code did not work for us so had to ask reception for the code and password which was supplied for us to use Internet/wi-fi. Decorations and upgrading badly needed. Too many cockroachs for our liking. Very basic accommodation. Having read other reviews you know all this but nothing appears to have been done for a long time. Time to read the reviews! !

Good size apartment in a great location, nice sized terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun beds and clothes airer with easy access to the beach. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Some parts of the apartment / equipment are a little tired/worn.

Short of articles in kitchen area ie, no spatula, cereal bowls, we also prefer mugs to cups, no dish cloth, could of done with washing up liquid and cooking oil (you have to buy large quantities even for a fortnight stay and leave them there). Also the shower floor was very slippery and definitely needed a shower mat, also in the shower it needs somewhere to put your soap and shampoo perhaps a small shelf
