The location and the price, but not worth it.

The people who manage the property are rude and don’t have any positive communication skills. They yell at you and have attitude problems. My wife and I used to stay here all the time because our family lives in Raymondville. To not inconvenience our family, we get a hotel room. This use to be our hotel of choice. This visit was significantly less enjoyable. so much so that we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! We were told we can’t have our family (which is just my sister, her kids and my mom) visit the room during the day without approval by management. If they did come over we had to tell management exactly who would be in the room with us. The room we stayed in was dirty. when we pulled the blankets back we found hair and stains on the sheets and comforter. The towels looked dingy and had soaked in stains on them. The tub walls had someone else’s hairs and soap on them. The shower curtain was stained and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. My wife and kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Not that they care, but they lost business from us. We will take our money to the Holiday Inn across the express way moving forward.

Went there for a hunt ,was just what we needed. Plenty of parking,clean and manager made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay there again! Price was very affordable and was not far from restaurants.
