Bianca and marks 8 berth Caravan with Hot tub

Great caravan with plenty of room for a family of 4. Great communication from Bianca. The caravan was very well equipped (which was a big bonus and not something I’ve experience before). Bianca messaged us the day before to say we could check in early which was excellent. Would highly recommend for a great trip away.

Couldn’t fault

We stayed at this caravan at the beginning of November for 3 nights. On entering the caravan, we noticed that the floor seemed very dirty, and there was a ketchup spill near the fridge. Inside the fridge there were hairs on the shelves, dried up milk in the door storage, a brown liquid (from rotten salad or vegetables) in the salad drawers, and a brown drip down the interior back wall. It took quite a while of cleaning and drying it before we felt that we could put our food in it. Then we had to clean the floor. The mop and bucket was absolutely disgusting and needed cleaning before we could even use it. There were also clothes from the previous holidaymakers still in one of the wardrobes, and hairs, and a bottle of alcohol on the floor in another room. Dangerous if a child or someone vulnerable had found it first. We sent an email and photos to the owner explaining what we had found, thinking that it would be cleaners that had let her down. We were shocked when she came back to us and said that she herself had cleaned the caravan. There was no apology at all, and she actually tried to disrespectfully blame our dog for the state of the place, even though we’d not been in the accommodation an hour at that point. If the owner had checked her security camera, which is positioned over the front door and hot tub, then she would’ve seen that we carried our dog from the car into the caravan because of the amount of mud around the accommodation. We sent an email and the photos to Booking.com, and it was the company that eventually gave us a refund as the owner refused to. Shocking way to run a business.

The roads could have been better lots.of lot holes.and need paths for people to.walk in also lighting.at.night around roads
