Luxury Holiday Home Happiness at Tattershall lake#

The location was good for people wanting to be close to the main facilities and entrance.

Sadly the caravan was extremely dirty. From the outside area that needed cleaning down, seat cushions covering bird poo and stored in the kitchen cupboard. Inside the whole caravan was tired and dirty. The lounge settee had main cushions missing and flat lifeless scatter cushions that had seen better days. The windows had cobwebs and dead flies trapped in them, kitchen units had crumbs and the fridge hadn’t been wiped out properly. In the bedrooms, the main room had old mould stains all along the wall and in the wardrobes, the mattress lacked a protective cover and had blood stains and pillows had mould all over them. When I contacted the owner within a short time of arriving, he apologised and said he would address the issues next time. I contacted Customer service who took days to respond and in the end they managed to get a very small refund, which I still haven’t received, even after seeing photographic evidence. This certainly isn’t a luxury caravan and it’s falsely advertised.

Very clean and smelt lovely when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Oskar was very helpful and quick at replying when needed, thank you

The mess the trees made but it didnt effect anything, easy enough to sweep out way didn’t effect our stay or going in hot tub
