No matter how we changed the air conditioning settings we were unable to get any real warmth in the room. The bed was good and the covers made us comfortable but not having the a/c warmth was a real disappointment.

Excellent value for money, walking distance to the main shopping area plus undercover parking right outside my door.

Really enjoyed our morning breakfast looking out into the garden. The idea that the breakfast is delivered to your room via the milk door made it a truly unique experience.

We had the family room and really appreciated the seperate bedroom. The bed was comfortable & the shower had plenty of hot water. It took about 7 minutes to walk into the centre of the Main Street which very easy to do. The light continental breakfast was a nice accompaniment. The brief interactions we had with staff were very friendly.

Our neighbours were quite noisy - which is absolutely no reflection on the hotel or staff - we had to ask them to keep it down. I guess that means that sound travels easily - although to be fair, by neighbours I do mean rowdy kids running & screaming. Again, not at all a reflection on the hotel itself.
