"Very maintained an very nice people"

Did not have breakfast but over all was an ok stay we would stay there again if we got chance

"One Stop and Done"

Very inexpensive. Close to ISU.

The faucet in the sink was to close to the rim of the sink. Could not properly was our hands. The tub had , apparently, been painted . Ridiculous thing to do for a tub. The paint was peeling off. No non - slip material in the bottom of the tub. No safety bars or handles in the shower to hold on to.

"Kind staff... But with a horror movie setting."

Staff were kind and considerate. They are aware that conditions are not ideal for what they are charging (total solar eclipse prices were insane for the room). They made sure that we were ok with the room and let me know they were available should we need them. No bed bugs. No other bugs. Beds were actually comfortable!

The hotel is very rundown. Cracks in mirrors, super old bedding, burn hole in one of the top sheets, loud street. It is not somewhere I would stay again until it is majorly updated. It felt like the set of a horror movie.

Complimentary soap was brittle and of poor quality. No complimentary shampoo (minimal problem as I have minimal hair).

"Bad"

Cockroaches and Bed bugs! And the manager said I was lying and said that I brought them. The rooms are trashed and disgusting. I didn’t even stay the whole time because it’s a run down drug hotel by the looks of some of the people hanging outside. Will not go back.

"Terrible stay. Lost money and passed off"

Please let me send pictures of this place. Absolutely not satisfactory. Black mold filthy carpets showered are brown

I didn't like the whole stay I got charged for 3 days and stayed one I stay in hotels this is terrible and I'm not going to just go for this billshit I trust these apps why would they take me here

"The management was very accommodating with my late arrival and early check out."

I was in town to visit my Father who was a patient in Union Hospital and the Statesman was located practically right next door! Less than a five minute walk

no Wi-Fi in my room,no premium TV channels
