When I showed up to property it was dark, but could tell it was a dive.. Didn't have my room ready and the one room they did have was only 1 bed for a crew of 2 men.. Had to drive a extra hour to find accomodations

location The manager was very nice and kept telling the person on the phone he would call her back because he was in the middle of trying to check me since i had been waiting for over a hr and 30 mins

took forever to check in was not clean not stocked sour smell when finally got towels they smell sour as well

The staff was much friendlier in the morning than when we checked in. She apologized for how the room looked, but they have been renovating the rooms and the room we were in, plus another one were the last ones to be renovated. They were used due to being fully booked.

Check in person rather stressed. She didn't have any information that we were coming. She said there was no rooms available, but when I showed her we already paid she gave us a room. The other party hadn't paid for the room yet so we got the room. Room needed more light and bathroom door warped so couldn't shut. However see above as we found out this room hadn't been renovated yet. We could understand it. Actually disappointed with booking.com as it sounds like they really didn't keep up with business.

Clean and comfortable and quiet. It needed a couple small repairs. But exceptional value

We had reserved a room more than a week in advance. When we got there to check in, there was no one at the office, it was locked up with a no vacancy sign on the door. I tried calling the office number (which was a number with a MN suffix) and didn't get an answer. We were trying to figure out what to do when a lady (I'm assuming manager) finally came out of one of the rooms to tell us they were having issues with one of their rooms and it wasn't usable. They hadn't called us to let us know or offer anything for the inconvenience of having to find other accommodations. Thank goodness we were able to get a good room at the Motel 8 just down the road.

I reserved a room 2 days in advance but when I came to check in it wasn’t there. They gave it to someone else. I ended up going back home.

Location

No complimentary soap. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and stains everywhere. Instead of a bed frame, they propped the box spring and mattress up on concrete blocks. No deadbolt or chain on the door...just a key lock handle. Never staying there again.
