The location was convenient

Plastic sheets, air conditioner did not work, tape used to “patch” screen, no one at main desk - had to call.

Toast, donuts, bananas, coffee for breakfast.

Quiet clean and comfortable property

Staff wasn’t easy to find

Received actual keys instead of an easily loseable card. Staff are friendly. Room was immaculately clean and very cozy.

Just knowing that there is a place you can stay at to get a break from the everyday hassle is great. You may not know this but upon your first or second visit at this location, you will learn that you get exclusive free access to the CHS Rec Center in Clintonville. I was overall satisfied with the stay.

There was nothing I didn't like about it. It's a nice retreat like motel for people who are looking for a break from the everyday hassle.

We liked the location in the downtown Clintonville area. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff greeted us right away and responded to our requests right away.

We paid in advance for our rooms, but upon check in they asked for payment which we had to sort out with them. Also, we had booked one queen bed room and one double (two beds) room. When we went to our rooms, they were both single queen bed rooms. So, we had to go back to the checkout to sort this out. The rooms were also visibly dirty. Bathrooms had visible garbage and dust on all surfaces. Carpets had obvious signs that they were not vacuumed recently and flat surfaces were also coated in dust and grime. Beds seemed clean, or at least we crossed our fingers that they were. The rooms had A/C units that were on full blast, however, for a 68 degree day, we could not get the rooms cooler than 80 degrees without opening our window.

AC right across from bed. Cold air constantly blowing at me and noisy all night. Very skimpy breakfast. Coffee, kids, cereal, toast. Banana.
