Rumah Pohon

Tutpak is just the sweetest person, welcoming and available at any time. Perfect location for sunrise and a beautiful night surrounded only by the quiet chanting of the crickets and birds. The mattress was comfortable and the room clean. And l, last but not least, the fun of going back to the parking area on a zip line!

When you go to 'rumah Pohon Tree house', this is not the accomodation where you booked, although the reviews say otherwise. So be careful for this. We sent several messages to the accomodation through booking.com and WhatsApp, nobody ever aswered

We stayed for one night and our host Pak Ketut was a really nice person. He greeted us with fresh fruit and made a bonfire for us at night. There are many beautiful villas and fancy places to stay in Nusa Penida, but this experience was very special and unforgettable for me. If you want to feel close to nature and reconnect with the important things in life, I suggest staying here. It was so nice to hear the sounds of nature at night, away from the bustle of the city. I was really impressed by Pak Ketut’s skills to build the treehouse and zip line. It’s such a unique and fun way to get down the jungle. If I go back to Nusa Penida, I would love to stay here again and see Pak Ketut. Thank you Pak Ketut!

The Hospitality

Peaceful, clean environment. Lovely view in night. Fresh air all the time

Secure the windows with grill , tidy up the outer look of the room. Put chain support to open the door partially.

Great views. Fantastic zip line to get back to the car park. Not for the faint of heart!

Very small room. with tiny balcony. Very basic food and drink. (instant coffee, tea, banana and biscuits.) Dirty bathroom and toilet. Like rough camping.

Good view, cable transfer from hotel, very friendly stuff, electricity.

Fresh fruit would fit better in breakfest instead of fast noodles. No wifi.
