因為我們飲水需求較大想要多兩瓶瓶裝水，打電話到櫃台是男服務員接聽我說明了需求他只冷冷的回一句晚一點!大約40分鐘後送來4瓶！我們要求很過分嗎？如果貴旅館沒辦法額外提供瓶裝水可以當下向旅客提出說明需收費旅客可以自己決定是否需要！我們要的是服務態度，該服務員基本的電話禮儀服務精神真的是........就這種服務態度我也不敢再去了
