"Left and paid for another hotel. It was awful."

Nothing, checked out and left.

Blood under the bed, room would not lock. Booked with booking.com, so property had their money and I assume that's why they didn't care.

"I did not have very high expectations for the hotel as it is in a small town"

It had cockroach in the bathroom (dead) but other bugs I saw runing around

the king size bed was not comfortable it had several hard spots in the bed ( felt like it was really old) and it sank from the edges to the middle
