Only a small thing, but the WIFI only works at restaurant not in rooms.

Location and staff fantastic

Rooms need maintenance. Please keep this beautiful gem of a hotel is good shape. It was our 3rd time at linda and found it slowly degrading. Apart from that it is a fabulous place with a great vibe close to greaat Warung eats and beach vibes till late

Good location

Paid for rooms for 2 people but got 1 Towel a day. When I asked for an extra towel I was told not until tomorrow. When you are swimming and surfing and paying for 2 People in a room that’s rude. The bathroom was pretty gross and mould present. The breakfast was inedible and we got sick from the nasingoreng. Also heard who I thought was the owner saying nothing for free to the staff. That’s a strange way of treating guests. The whole experience felt cheap and not like everywhere else we stayed where everyone was friendly, happy and grateful

Emplacement vraiment top, juste au bord de la plage, très agréable. Les employés du bar étaient adorables et très sympathiques tout au long du séjour.

L’expérience globale a malheureusement été assez compliquée. On nous a attribué une chambre juste à côté de gros travaux avec un bruit de construction extrêmement fort. L’hôtel affirme nous avoir prévenus au check-in, mais honnêtement, après un long trajet et en arrivant fatigués, on nous a simplement expliqué ça rapidement et on ne réalisait pas du tout à quel point le bruit serait insupportable. Le deuxième jour, impossible même de faire une sieste à cause des travaux. Quand nous avons demandé une solution à la réception, la première réaction a surtout été de nous rappeler que “nous avions accepté”, ce qui était assez frustrant. Ils ont finalement accepté de nous changer de chambre, mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la nouvelle chambre et nous avons dû demander une réparation supplémentaire. Concernant l’hygiène et l’entretien, ce n’était pas au niveau attendu : quelques lattes du lit étaient cassées, les draps et taies d’oreiller sentaient le moisi, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas correctement et le mini-frigo faisait un bruit étrange en permanence. Le petit-déjeuner était également décevant. Il est annoncé comme “inclus”, mais une grande partie des produits est finalement en supplément… même le café.

Location was fabulous as was the staff!

The bathroom was cockroach infested, I left a note and also sent the owner an email . To date I have not had a reply.

Brekky was great

Stairs if you have upstairs room....very deep and 12 of them
