Close to the airport, big tv, room size.

Everything else, we specified to not have a smoker room but it was a smoker room. We had stains on the pillows... so we weren't sure of the cleanliness of the room so we felt uncomfortable. The furniture was old and slightly damaged, stains on the walls. Basically the room should be renovated.

"Traumatic"

1.0

They tried to make me pay for the stay twice while locking me up in the room with nobody to contact or a way out. Just me and a machine that asked me to pay for the night which I already did the night before. I had to escape through the window to catch my flight. Horrifying experience.
